Day 2 – Travelling to Mathura

It would take around 3 hours to reach Mathura from Delhi. But before that you will start your day with healthy breakfast and start visiting major Delhi attractions such as Red Fort, Jama Masjid and Qutub Minar. These three monuments play a vital role in Delhi tourism.

Later in afternoon you will start driving towards Mathura, the birth place of Lord Krishna. On arrival, take some rest in the hotel and then start exploring Govind Dev Temple which was built in 1950. This temple is famous for its splendid architectural style.

Later you will visit to Rangaji Temple; it is Vrindavan’s longest temple. It was built in 1851 and is compact with 50 feet tall Dhwaja Stambha. Continue your holy journey to Madan Mohan Temple that is situated near Kali Ghat. Other temples such as Glass Temple and Bankey Bihari Temple are the oldest temples built in 1921. After the exhausting tour, return to your hotel and enjoy your overnight stay.

Day 3 – Exploring Gokul – Mahavan – Govardhan and Back to Mathura

The next morning you will visit Gokul after the scrumptious breakfast. Gokul is the place where Krishna was sheltered in secrecy to escape the wrath of tyrant of Kansa his birth mother’s brother. On arriving Gokul you will visit Gokul Nath Ji Temple. Later proceeding towards Mahavan and explore the temple of Assi Khambha which is dedicated Mathura Nath Ji.

Continue your journey towards Govardhan, the same place where Lord Krishna in his childhood aloft the mountain on his little finger for seven days to protect Gokul from the wrath of Lord Indira. Take a parikrama of Govardhan Mountain and seek blessings. Completing the holy tour to Govardhan you will return to Mathura. Spend overnight in the hotel.

Day 4 – Travelling to Nandgaon and Barsana and Return to Mathura

Next day you will have your breakfast and leave for Nandgaon.  Nandgaon is believed to be the house of Lord Krishna’s foster parents Nanda Baba and Yashoda Maiya. There’s a temple dedicated to Nand which is a 19th century building. You will later forward towards Pan Sarovar which is one of the four most celebrated lakes in Braj.

You will then continue your journey towards Barsana. It is a birth place of Lord Krishna’s beloved Goddess Radha. The holi of Barsana is quite famous. There is a temple in Barsana dedicated to Radha Ji which is often called Ladliji.

One of the major attractions in Barsana is the “Prem Sarovar”. It is the very place about which it is believed that Lord Krishna and Goddess Radha met for the first time. It is one of the major tourist attractions. Return to Mathura for overnight stay.

Day 5 – Mathura to Agra

The next morning after breakfast you will start your journey towards Agra. Agra is a beautiful city which is often called the Mughal city. On Agra arrival you will check-in into your hotel and then take some rest. It would take around 1 and a half hour to reach Agra. Later start with the Agra excursion. You start travelling to Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and then to Itmad-Ud Daula.

The markets of the city are worth exploring. You can purchase souvenirs from these old yet charming markets of the city. Return to your hotel, take a relaxation and spend overnight in Agra.

Day 6 – Travelling to Jaipur
