Tour Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 : Starting the Day with Breakfast

To start with your cooking classes in New Delhi, you will be starting your day with a scrumptious breakfast in your hotel where you must be staying. Later, our representative will receive you and take you to start with your cooking class tour.

Your appointment will be pre-scheduled with the professional chef with whom you would be attending your class. On arrival at the pre-decided venue you will be greeted by chef and you would start with the cooking class.

The class will begin with the making of tasty masala chai (Indian Tea). Along with that you will also learn to cook some ta time snacks such as Pakodas or Poha. The chai served with hot pakodas gives the best taste to you. While you would be savoring the hot chai and pakodas, expert chef will give you a fine idea about the Indian food and other necessities which are require while preparing the food.

Post tea time snacks, you will learn the art of cooking main Indian dishes which are taken as the main meals. You will learn to cook the veg pulao which is an Indian pot meal which is cooked with different kinds of vegetables and species in it. You will also learn to cook the scrumptious egg-plant, raita, chapatis (Indian breads), Stuffed Parathas, Vegetables. This wide range of lip –smacking vegetarian delicacies will just tantalize your taste buds.

As far as non-vegetarian cuisine is concern, you will be learning many scrumptious dishes such as Butter Chicken, chicken tikka, mutton curry (laal maas) and many lip-smacking delicacies. Butter Chicken is an Indian dishes which is cooked in a mildly spiced curry. While chicken tikka is a Kashmir originated dish which is prepared of small pieces of boneless chicken in a clay oven called tandoor. While the mutton curry is a famous dish in north India which is cooked with a wide range of spicy species. The dish was originated during the time of British.

In the dessert you will be preparing the Halwa. It is cooked with various dense, sweet confections. It could be Suzi Ka Halwa (Semolina), Aatte ka Halwa(Flour) or seasonal Gaajar Ka Halwa (Carrot).
