HOTEL TERMS

APART FROM THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE BELOW MENTIONED ARE THE SPECIFIC HOTEL TERMS.

"Content" means the text, documents, information, data, articles, images, photographs, graphics, software, applications, video recordings, audio recordings, sounds, designs, features, and other materials that are available on the Site.

Cancellation Policy :

Every hotel has a different cancellation policy and the user shall be charged accordingly.
If cancellation request is for the booking made with promo code, panelity will be charged on display/original price
Please call our call-center number for cancellation.
INR 300 will be charged as Hotel Dekhoservice fees apart from the cancellation charges.
Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. Company shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made
Directly to the hotel without intimating Company and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.

Modifications & Refunds :

Company doesn't support changes and modifications to online bookings once they're made.
Don't call the hotel directly for reservation changes or cancellations. The hotel's agents can't make changes to or process refunds for these specially-negotiated rates.
Please call our call-center number for cancellation.
We take at least 7 to 10 working days to process refunds for bookings cancelled online.
Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.
