History
One of India's five Nehru planetariums, the Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium in Bangalore is named after the country's first Prime Minister. Exploring the Universe Show
Exploring the Universe takes place at 12:30 p.m. in Kannada and 4:30 p.m. in English, and is an exploration of the vastness of the universe we live in. The presentation lasts around 35 minutes, and the youngsters will enjoy every minute of it. It is the planetarium's first performance since upgrading its projection equipment, and it provides a rudimentary understanding of planets, nebulas, and other space phenomena.
Down of the space age show
The film Dawn of the Space Age chronicles humanity's evolution into the space travelers we are today. The show starts with the first attempts at space exploration, progressing to the first successful satellite launch, moon landings, and so on.
Know your stars show
Know Your Stars is a monthly television show that airs on the first Sunday of the month.
