History
King Bali resolved to complete 100 yadnyas and good actions in order to earn the title of Lord Indra. He accumulated a significant amount of strength as a result of his unwavering determination. The Vaman manifestation of Sri Vishnu worshipped Shami Vighneshwar in order to destroy the fire sacrifices he had planned. Vaman later demolished the Bali fire sacrifice with Shami Vighneshwar's help. After this, Vamana installed an idol of Ganesh in the name of Shami Vighnesh Vakratunda in this sacred region. Adasa Temple is a 1000-year-old temple.
Architecture
Lord Ganapathi is honoured at the Adasa Ganpati Temple. Ganesha statue is Swayambhu Ganapati idol, standing 12 feet tall and 7 feet wide, which is being carved out of a single stone. And within the temple grounds, there are approximately 20 tiny temples spread out over a 10-hectare space.
