History
According to the Gurudwara Sahib Shimla history, it was built in the early 20th century, precisely in 1907. The foundation stone and initiative of the building of the Gurudwara was laid by the then king of Patiala, Maharaja Bhupinder Singh. But after the partition of Punjab in 1947, the place where the Gurudwara stood was taken over by the Himachal Pradesh Government.
