History


The history of the Gadhan Thekchhokling Gompa Monastery is quite simply one per se. It is an astounding monastery that was built by Tibetan refugees in 1960, to serve as a place for pilgrimage for the Buddhists of Himachal Pradesh. The Gadhan Thekchhokling Gompa Monastery houses people of the Buddhist faith from Kinnaur, Tibet, Nepal, and Spiti. For Buddhists, it plays the role of a significant gathering place. Great service and friendly team

Our Rajasthan trip was very unorganized and from day 1 we need to argue for each committed hotel and details. Driver and hotel were not informed in advance and we need to pay 12000/- for the forceful event at the hotel which was never informed to us.
